The Bismarck Cancer Center will be hosting a Nutrition 101 for Cancer Survivors on Monday Jan. 14 from 5:30-7 p.m. at the Bismarck Cancer Center.
Led by the Bismarck Cancer Center Oncology Dietitian, class participants will receive an overview on healthy eating for survivorship. They will learn nutritional guidelines, how to read a label and learn about resources to help support their health goals.
This class will take place several times throughout 2019. Additional classes are scheduled for April 9, July 8 and October 8, all from 5:30-7 p.m. at the Bismarck Cancer Center conference room. The classes are free and open to the public.
