Deborah “Debby” J. Holland, 61, Washburn, ND died July 18, 2018 at Sanford Health, Bismarck, ND. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at 10:30 AM Monday, July 23, 2018 at the Washburn United Methodist Church with Pastor Cory Thrall officiating. Inurnment will be held at a later date in Green Lake Cemetery, Princeton, MN.
Debby was born December 13, 1956 in Jamestown, ND the daughter of Daniel and Yvonne (Feldman) Peyer. They lived in several small towns in North Dakota. Debby graduated from McClusky High School in 1974. She then attended airline stewardess school in Minneapolis, MN. She married Clyde Holland in 1991 in Minnesota. They lived in Minnesota until Clyde’s death in 1992. Debby moved back to North Dakota to be closer to family. She lived in Mott, ND where she helped her mom manage the Mott Motel and she also had her own lawn ornament business. They moved to Washburn in 2007 where Debby worked for Enerbase at the Washburn Cenex.
She enjoyed crafting, bargain shopping on Black Friday and looking at Christmas lights. Debby also enjoyed spending time with family, especially her grandson, Jaxon.
Debby is survived by her sons, Jeremy Germain of Washburn and Chris (Laura) Germain of Mandan; her grandson, Jaxon Germain of Washburn; her mother, Yvonne Peyer of Washburn; her sister, Kathy Hickcox of Bismarck, ND; her brothers, David (Tammy) Peyer of Coleharbor, Bob (Wendy) Peyer of Conifer, CO, Bill (Pam) Peyer of Larkspur, CO and Michael (Suzy) Peyer of Hubertus, WI and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Daniel and her husband, Clyde.
