New England won 52 to 27 in the final round and 59 to 44 against Beluah in the second round. They lost to Bowman County 49 to 40 in the first round of the tournament.
Coach Jordyn Mason said the team did very well while playing against some tough teams and scored at least 40 points in the games.
“We played full court man to man defense, making offense have more opportunities,” Mason said.
She added that Paige Ehlis played double-double in all three games of the tournament.
The Tigers previously won sixth place in tournament last year and the team was runner up in 2015 and champion in 2007.
