Elaine Lorraine Stagl was born on Feb. 16, 1942 to John and Elizabeth (Korang) Stagl in New England, N.D.  She was the last born on the family homestead, her father being the first born there.

Elaine wore many hats in her life as wife, mother, trusted friend and valued employee.  Her careers involved banking, postal service, retail clerk and she even ran her own fabric store.

Elaine always had a smile for everyone and wanted everyone around to be happy even if she didn’t know you.  This probably explains her choice of careers evolving around customer service.

Elaine was married to Chuck Bridge and later to Howard Fleenor, Jr.  Her first marriage to Chuck bore a son, Dale Bridge.  Her second marriage to Howard bore her two daughters, Paige and Tanya.

Happy to be included in Elaines life are: children, Dale (Erin) Bridge, Paige (Joel) Bonomo and Tanya Fleenor; sisters, Viola (Gene) McKee and Agnes Wilson; grandchildren, Melissa (Adam) Bonomo, Derek Bonomo, Mercedes Bonomo, Hope Walen and Breanne Tumbaga; great grandchild, Esmaye Killough and many other relatives and friends.

Elaine was preceded in death by her husband, Howard, her parents, a sister, Mary Stagl, nephew, Clay Carrick and niece Carol McKee Berry.
