From helping a friend with a sore back on her living room floor to a new endeavor in Mott, Holly Ottmar and hardworking Board partners, with great success opened “Just for the Health of It,” as a non-profit organization to provide health and wellness options for the community of Mott and surrounding area.
They will be hosting fun, motivating and educational speakers throughout the year to keep you on your toes with how to live a more active and healthy lifestyle. They will also continue to be host to such talented Certified Group Fitness instructors, as Kori Remington and Hollie Swindler. Their classes will include Silver Strength, BOSU, Yoga and ZUMBA. These classes can benefit participants of various ages and can all be modified to work for you at any fitness level or age, to burn calories and increase strength and flexibility. “Just for the Health of It” goal is to boost your energy and encourage you to stay active by also hosting special events throughout the year such as their upcoming “ZUMBATHON” coming to you on Feb. 2nd.
Holly ends her interview with, “I believe wellness is crucial to living life to the fullest. No matter where we are at or how busy we are, we have to be creative and find ways to keep moving, eat right and make the best of ourselves. We all have a purpose to fulfill while we are here and we need to be “equipped” to do it. I believe with all my strength it is going to become something great.”
