The funeral service for Doris will be held 10:30 am Saturday, Dec. 21, 2013 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Mott. N.D. Pastor John Amundson will officiate with burial in Sunnyslope Cemetery at Mott.
Surviving family members include her daughter, Marvel Wangsvick, Sacramento, Calif.; four sons and daughters-in-law: Dean Wangvick (partner, Joanne Allen) Daley, City, Calif. ; Carl and Anne Wangsvick, Ft. Collins, Colo.; Del and Kitrina Wangsvick, Lakeside, Calif. and Ernie Wangsvick, Key West, Fla.; four grandsons: Paul (Naomi) Wangsvick; Chad (Kiersten) Wangsvick; Erick Wangsvick and Johnny (Mari) Wangsvick. Nine grandchildren: Leif, Luke, Annika, Jessika, Janae, Ava, Nora Rose, and Archer; a nephew, Mick (Kathy) Wangsvick and family, Jared, Janel, and Janine; a niece Connie (Dave) Wright. and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Edith Freeburg, Chloe Eckes, and four brothers, Marion, Dale Ken, Lynn Striker.
Visitation will be on Friday from 1 to 7 pm at the Evanson-Jensen Funeral Home in Mott and on Saturday one hour prior to services at Trinity Lutheran Church in Mott.
